Job Description
Job Role: Project/Program Manager Duration: 9 Months Location: Seattle, WA
Manage and grow Discord (16.5K+ members) with daily engagement, weekly announcements, event setup, and coordination with moderators and service team POCs. Own Kiro Champions program (targeting up to 100 members by EOY) including monthly feedback meetings, quarterly engagement assessments, backlog tracking, and translating insights to actionable product requests with roadmap inclusion goal. Operationalize community spotlight program by sourcing developer testimonials, coordinating with social team on amplification schedule, and driving content creation and amplification from builder community. Monitor Reddit (6.5K+ members) for sentiment, trends, bugs, and feature requests. Produce weekly Community Reports consolidating Discord discussions, Champions insights, Reddit trends, social performance, and community health metrics for product and marketing leadership. Coordinate community initiatives across Kiro and 3P user group activations, virtual hackathons, and in-person events.
Candidate Requirements:
Community Program Management experience
Community driven programs
Reporting matrix for stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI developer tools
Background in developer community marketing
Work with top AI dev tools companies (Google, AWS/Amazon, MSFT, Atlassian, GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
