Overview:

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Tooling Specialist to support the Global Industry Operations team in building and enhancing internal tooling solutions. This role focuses on optimizing workflows through Monday.com, driving system integrations (including Salesforce), and improving overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical mindset, experience with business tools and automation, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Monday.com boards to support operational workflows
• Enhance board functionality, including integrations with Finance systems
• Manage and optimize the Project Management Hub within Monday.com
• Lead and support the integration between Monday.com and Salesforce in collaboration with the OpEx team
• Provide ongoing technical support and improvements for OpEx tooling initiatives
• Perform a variety of tasks related to Operational Excellence projects, requiring creativity and independent judgment

Candidate Requirements:

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

1. Monday.com experience
2. Salesforce experience
3. Experience with AI tools

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have:

1. Industry operations experience (e.g., labeling or similar environments)
2. Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Asana)
3. Minimum 4 years of experience
