Job Description

Job Title: Project/Program Manager
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Culver City, CA or New York City, NY (Hybrid 3X a week in office)
 
Job Description:
  • Lead proactive development, pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategy for sponsorship opportunities and build corresponding materials to drive excitement in the marketplace for show specific, seasonal and evergreen opportunities.
  • Develop custom creative & marketing ideas in response to RFPs and on a pro-active and reactive basis using innovative digital, social solutions, emerging channels and technologies leveraging the suite Wondery and Amazon’s capabilities.
  • Manage RFP development and proposal revisions
  • Collaborate on proactive pitches
  • Execute branded content strategy throughout the discovery, selection and negotiation process
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing to link marketing concepts to impactful audience, cultural and brand insights and data
  • Partner with internal teams and content partners to educate, negotiate and excite them about branded content ad sales opportunities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and ideate new revenue-driving sponsorship packages for advertisers.
  • Act as the voice of Wondery Integrated Marketing within sales and at client meetings - educating, presenting and advising on Wondery sponsorship opportunities.
  • Define internal processes and tools necessary to improve speed to market.

  • Candidate Requirements:
    advertising expertise 5-7 years
  • ad agency such as hulu or netflix experience
  • Project management experience
  • proposal development
  • powerpoint and sales material understanding
  • Content such as TV, streaming, podcast
  • BA degree nice to have but not required
