As a Sr. Program Manager, Change Management in Technical Advisory at you will collaborate on complex programs critical to consulting strategy.
This role combines expertise in driving complex change initiatives and detailed execution and governance of programs, providing clear management of and visibility into impact, progress, risks, and tradeoffs, enabling program teams to deliver and plan for change effectively and senior leaders to make informed decisions.
You bring both rigor and judgment to your work, applying strong program and change management discipline with proficiency in recognized methodologies such as Prosci and Kotter. You thrive in the tactical details while also connecting work to broader organizational objectives. A strong candidate will relish the opportunity to jump into a fast-paced, highly visible environment driving significant impact.
This position is remote and reports into to the Senior Manager of Business Excellence.
Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
· Support end-to-end program lifecycle: scope, schedule, milestones, risk management, dependencies, measurable success metrics, and overall execution.
· Proactively anticipate and identify risks and opportunities, escalating with thoughtful mitigation plans and proposed actions.
· Provide clear, executive-ready reporting and summaries that communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations.
· Influence without direct authority by building trust, aligning stakeholders around shared goals, and navigating competing priorities to move work forward.
Minimum Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in change and program management, ideally in customer success or professional services environments.
· Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and supporting decision-making.
· Expertise stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, and executive-level influence.
· Skillful understanding of change management principles and ability to adapt methodologies.
· Strong ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance detailed execution with strategic context.
Must Haves:
1)Strong change management expertise (impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, methodologies like Prosci/Kotter)
2)Program management experience (end-to-end delivery, risk management, execution)
3)Executive stakeholder management and influence (reporting, decision support, navigating competing priorities)
