Role: Project/Program Manager IV Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite) Duration: 12 months – potential extension and conversion
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery against defined timelines and metrics.
Develop and refine program strategies, effectively communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics, SQL, and Excel-based reporting to drive measurable improvements.
Navigate and resolve ambiguities in complex operational scenarios, applying structured problem-solving skills.
Develop deep familiarity with operational systems and processes — capable of independently handling anecdotal checks, troubleshooting requests, and operational inquiries from partner teams.
Hold cross-functional stakeholder teams accountable to program timelines; exercise sound judgment on escalation paths and surface critical issues proactively.
Implement repeatable processes and drive automation or standardization to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Must Have skills:
End-to-end program/project management experience
Comfort with data analysis without relying on others
Strong ownership mentality for self-sufficient execution
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of program or project management experience, including end-to-end delivery and senior leadership communication.
Experience using data and metrics to determine, drive, and measure improvements.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, array formulas, data cleansing).
Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience defining program requirements and translating operational data into actionable insights.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
5+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
