Conceptualize, plan, lead, and execute AWS Analyst Relations events for global audiences. In this role, you will manage smallscale events Analyst Forums, thirdparty events for 10 80 attendees and support our largescale event, Analyst Summit at AWS re:Invent. You will execute on the vision and strategy for our events. You will be support the entire analyst journey from influencing the event websites and SWAG, to the onsite experience mainstage sessions, content, transportation, registration, housing, breakout sessions, signage, and offsite activations as an example.Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of events. Prepare reports for Analyst Relations team, Global Events team, and select stakeholder teams, regarding status of event. Requires a bachelors degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Requires travel to events and support onsite. Familiar with a variety of event and meeting practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Ideally familiar with the following technology platforms: Quip, Airtable, Workdocs, Workfront, Jifflenow, RainFocus and Cvent or similar event reg platform, Qualtrics, Outlook, Salesforce, Chime, and Slack
