Job Description

Job Title: Project/Program Manager III
Location: Remote (Travel Required)
Duration: 11 Months

Description:
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
    May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform variety of task.
  • Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
  • Team has a lot of travel. Fast paced problem solving
  • Support site launch and strengthen existing program.
Typical travel week
  • M - F - Expectation in shift: 7-3// 8-4
  • Travel Monday night onto the site, leave Thursday night
  • 3 weeks travel / 1 week remote
Additional Info:
  • New Site Launch experience would be great but also not required as that is a bit niche
  • Overall just looking for someone who is good at delivering results, can manage small teams, good communication skills
  • Any previous client experience is definitely a plus preferably on the operations side of the house, which will make things a bit easier on my end.
  • Essentially the PM will be the onsite rep for deploying modules, confirming deliveries, aligning stakeholders and communicating up their status as it pertains to hitting milestones.
  • It will be important for them to be able to identify and remove barriers and make real time critical decisions that will have large scale building impact.
