Job Description

The ESG Business Engagement team is seeking an experience Program Manager to support Amazons Environmental, Social, and Governance ESG disclosure processes. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high level of collegiality, functioning as an ESG adviser to their respective business counterparts. Primary duties include:Design and operationalize a process to capture our ESG reporting requirements to ESG datametric providers across Amazons businesses that can be scaled across all ESG disclosuresBuild and maintain data management mechanisms to support tracking key program metrics and goal progress.Support data collection on ESG Disclosure Readiness.Build and maintain mechanisms to communicate with business stakeholders on workstream progress, including internal education pages and regular email reports. We are seeking someone with: 5 years of experience in ProgramProject Management 5 years of experience in Data ManagementData Tooling 3 year of experience in Sustainability andor Reporting 2 years in website designdevelopment
