Job Description:
  • North America Stores Marketing and Creative is seeking a 9-month contract Operations Manager.
  • The Operations Manager will define key pain points in project processes, work with Marketing and Creative to ensure all SOPs and ways of working are followed, help trouble shoot program blockers and assist with project intake and prioritization.
  • We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years experience in Project Management, Program Management or Marketing and Creative Operations.
Business Group & Key Projects:
  • Project intake, collaborating a lot with marketing/creative
  • Wears many hats
  • Writing SOP
  • Ways of working
  • Assist budget management
Typical Day in The Role:
  • Ops team
  • Supports creative operations
  • Expanding to marketing
  • PMs, Resourcing managers, budget managers, operations
  • Business-focused but very lively
Candidate Requirements:

  • Workfront, AirTable, Quip Preferred (Excel OK)
