That is why Amazon Health is investing in the responsible development and deployment generative AI applications in healthcare.We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager, with a demonstrated history in delivering results in highly ambiguous domains. This leader will join a team of experts in the field of machine learning, and work together to break new ground in the world of healthcare to make personalized and empathetic care accessible, convenient, and costeffective.This leader will have managed complex product delivery spanning across multiple organizations and have ability to dive deep on customer experience and technical operations. Success in this role requires close collaboration with senior leadersexecs across Amazon and the ability to influence their technical architecture.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Define and deliver AI content creation workflows in partnership with business stakeholders and clinical experts. across multiple teams within Amazon Health and other nonHealth customer teams. Set milestones that help achieve the program target dates. Develop and evolve Content Guidelines to ensure AI content quality. Approve or reject contents based on predefined guidelines and explain logical reasoning behind approvereject decision. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and other business units to monitor quality progress, investigate quality variations, develop and implement measures to drive quality improvement. Collaborate with Product Managers, User Experience Designers, Applied Scientists and Engineers to develop AI content requirements Standup mechanisms to track and communicate progress towards delivery dates. Effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, they should be able to represent complex decisions, tradeoffs and solutions in various forums. Identify and resolve roadblocks and conflicts that originate during program execution. Partner with PMs, Science and Engineering teams to resolve issues. Build relationships and manage by influence in a matrix organization to solve complex AI problems with tight timelines Define and execute Program Management best practices across the different ID science and engineering teams to help raise the bar on the execution of our team. Manage a queue of customer facing issues and feature requests to improve the new functionalities at Health AI.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 7 years of working directly with product, engineering, and content teams experience 7 years of product or program management experience 7 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience Experience defining program requirements across cross functional teams, using data and metrics to determine improvements, building processes and coordinating release schedules Experience managing teams Strong proficiency in English. Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in all the following: verbal, writing, reading and comprehension.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPIsSLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
