The Sustainability Program Manager will work crossfunctionally across a subset of Amazons Existing Buildings and Expansion portfolio to develop, implement and lead sustainability initiatives. They are willing to roll up their sleeves and execute projects independently, but can also earn trust and build relationships across the organization to leverage existing frameworks.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS6 years of relevant work experience in store design, construction, operations, or sustainabilityBachelors Degree in Industrial, Structural or Mechanical engineering, or a relevant studyExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience with design and implementation of sustainability programs related to construction materials, energy, waste management etc.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge in high volume industrial operations or facilities managementExperience working with procurement to drive sustainable product selectionExcellent written and verbal communication.PMP, LEED or Well Accredited
