Job Title: Project/Program Manager II/ Sponsorship Program Coordinator
Duration: 7 Months
Location: Remote
 
Description:
The Client Global Sponsorship team is seeking a Sponsorship Program Coordinator to support the delivery of our Sponsorship, Expo, Public Space, and Event Revenue Programs to successfully deliver client re;Inforce and client re:Invent 2024.
 
  • In this role you will support client Partners, Customers, and business stakeholders participating in our tier 1 Event Marketing Programs.
  • This position will support the Sponsorship, Expo, Public Space, and Event Revenue workstream leads with project management support, event delivery, and task coordination across interconnected workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Manages inventory and revenue coordination across all core program, add-on elements, session content, executive program sponsorships, and group ticket offers 
  • Provides weekly updates on outstanding contracts/invoices internally and follows up with sponsors who have outstanding deliverables
  • Updates sales materials on a weekly basis to reflect current status of available sponsorship and group ticket inventory
  • Manages business stakeholder tickets distribution and weekly auditing of redemption
  • Coordination and support for sponsor and business stakeholder deliverable tracking, follow-up, traffic control, inventory management, lead retrieval/ambassador, and sponsor and expo portal workstreams
  • Assists with all category sponsorships including management and implementation of the deliverables and benefits fulfilment
  • Assist in preparing email templates, presentation decks, reports, and other data for Sponsorship, Expo, Public Space, and Event Revenue leads to execute successful outreach and meetings
 
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of working in an event marketing or sponsorship (partner) marketing role
  • 5+ years of industry experience with Exhibitor Resource Centers, and other event technology
  • 5+ Years project / program management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Airtable, Rainfocus, Tableau, Zendesk, Marketo and GoToWebinar
  • Strong written and verbal communication and an expert in using PowerPoint and Excel to build engaging presentation decks and reports
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required experience.
