Job Title: Project/Program Manager II Location: Seattle, WA – Day 1 alignment Duration: 6 Months (High possibility of extension & conversion)
Role Overview (Simple Explanation) This is a hybrid Project/Program Manager role focused on Public Relations and Event Management. You will support Client’s Devices & Services communications team, helping plan and execute large-scale, high-visibility events (especially seasonal fall events involving leadership). The role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive who can manage timelines, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth execution of events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project timelines and milestones
Support large-scale PR and cross-device events
Coordinate event logistics (venues, scheduling, attendees, hotel blocks)
Organize and support executive meetings
Work closely with:
Devices & Services Communications team
Device Brand Studio (Creative team)
Product teams
Track deadlines and ensure timely execution of deliverables
Must-Have Skills (Top 3)
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Proven event management experience
Ownership mindset (proactive, takes initiative)
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with program/project management tools
Background in Public Relations events
Experience managing budgets for large events
