Job Description

Job title: Project/Program Manager II
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Description:
Team needs support in launching A/B experiments for various Gen AI use cases which requires human involvement. Need for a program manager to co-ordinate our manual QA work with Home Design team. Generating AI images from white background product image
 
Daily Schedule:
  • Managing team of 40 designers
  • Work with science team and designers to create lifestyle image
  • Guiding designers to meet image quality control/ bar of efficiency/ # images/week
  • Identifying defects and areas of improvement
  • Quality control, testing different prompts, data analysis
  • Reviewing generated high quality AI images for detail pages
  • Help with program organization, task designation
  • Create SOPs
  • Defining clear quality and image expectations
  • Streamline feedback between science team and HM
  • Quip for tracking, Excel (pivot table), Outlook, Slack
  • Years of experience:
  • 2-4 years’ experience in program/project management role
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
  • May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Leads and directs the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
 
Required:
  • High level organization
  • Able to manage team virtually across several US time zones
  • Liaison between HM and designers
  • Basic data analysis in Excel and Pivots
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
 
Must Have:
  • 2-4+ years’ experience in program/project management role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, i.e. able to manage team virtually across several US time zones
  • Basic data analysis using Excel and Pivots and translating to SOP
 
Preferred:
  • Experience (SIMS, Quip, Chime/Slack)
  • Eye for design, home or lifestyle images
 
Degree or Certification:
Advanced degree nice to have
 
KPI:
Meeting deadlines, effective delegation of tasks, designers meeting bar of efficiency/ goals
