Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Duration: 11+ Months
Location: Remote
Job Description:
  • PM's will be accessing newly launching Fulfillment centers and Rural Super Rural Delivery stations to lead testing process.
  • PMs will need access to the ORT portal to perform testing.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office & Smartsheets
  • This position is for onsite support of Operations Readiness testing and Sorter testing at newly launching sites for the Sub Same Day (SSD) and Rural Super Rural (RSR) business lines.
  • The PM will be onsite conducting testing and leading a team of 6-10 Operations managers to complete testing of modules and processes.
  • The PM will need to be able to travel to a site from Monday to Friday 2 weeks per month starting in May and may ramp up to 3 weeks per month to support the Q4 launches.
  • The PM will report to a team lead and will be trained in the testing process and will be given checklists to follow during the testing process.
  • All escalations will be to the Team lead.
  • We will work to make the travel regional.
 
Candidate Requirements:
  • ownership; invent & simplify; bias for action 
  • 2 years of project management & site testing experience
  • KPIs: mix of both stakeholder feedback, will measure their output based on their standup meetings each morning and how they are completed each day
 
Will need entry level experience in the following:
  • Administrative Writing & Reporting
  • Clear Communication Skills
  • Escalation Skills
  • Excellent People Skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Microsoft Outlook (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Risk Mitigation & Troubleshooting
  • Smartsheets
 
Must Have Skills:
  • Program/Project Management & Site Testing Experience
  • Escalation/Risk Mitigation/Troubleshooting Experience
  • Smartsheets, Microsoft Office
