Project/Program Manager II

Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 9 Months

Typical Day in the Role:

• Work with content acquisition managers, engineers, Trust and Safety Team, etc.
• Working with vendors and partners to get titles integrated from Freevee to Video platform
• Working with internal tools to investigate and check status of TV shows and movies
• Working through questions/issues/troubleshooting with partners/internal stakeholders to get media live onto Video platform
• Tracking status of all items through Excel, Quip, Word, etc.
• Communicating status to internal teams
• Reviewing content to ensure it meets quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Don’t want candidates who were just tech assistants or similar in the industry
• Prefer previous streaming experience (Max, Netflix, etc.)
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• AirTable experience preferred
• Experience with following SOP
• Bachelor degree preferred
