Responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of research projectsprogram. In this role you will manage a small research program, planning and executing qualitative and quantitative studies, analyzing and interpreting insights, delivering results actionable recommendations, influencing improvements in the customer and associate experience, and handling sensitive customer and employee data with care and confidentiality.Manages research intake and backlog, prioritizing requests as they come in. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status and results of projectprogram. Require a bachelors degree and 37 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Working familiarity and a history of success with multiple research concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the head of the research department, and collaborates with other research in the team to achieve mutual goals.Basic qualifications 3 years of program or project management experience 3 years experience in quantitative and qualitative research e.g. market research, UX, data science, etc. in a corporate or academic staff role Basic skills and demonstrated experience using programs such as, Excel, Tableau, Quicksight, Qualtrics andor other data analysis platforms. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders or executives. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Bachelors degreePreferred qualifications Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience Masters degree
