Work Type: Onsite
Duration: 04 Months with possibility of extension

Job Description:
  • Your typical day as an Account Manager at Goodreads might start with responding to advertiser emails and monitoring delivery and pacing of current campaigns.
  • For upcoming campaigns, you'll create tasks for the Revenue Operations team.
  • You may partner with an Account Executive on campaign reporting and highlighting key metrics for an upsell strategy.
  • You'll attend regular internal team meetings to keep up to date on new processes and business updates.
  • AMs send proactive client communication regarding creative specs, launch timelines and asset deliverables.
  • There will also be opportunities to work on special projects that benefit the entire team.

Responsibilities:
  • Beyond the day-to-day duties and responsibilities, there will be opportunities to work on larger projects that help drive the best results and experiences for our advertisers. Examples of such projects include go-to-market planning for new ad products, process documentation and improvement, training and mentorships for new hires, and systems and reporting feedback and analysis. Subject Matter Experts may be designated for team members to show their expertise around a certain area or function. Whenever possible, projects are aligned with a team member's career growth goals and professional development objectives.
 
Preferred qualifications:
  • Passion for reading and knowledge of the book publishing industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Excited to provide best-in-class customer service and the attitude to go above and beyond
  • A team player who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong communication skills in person, on the phone and through email
  • Proven analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for advertisers
  • Experience with RFP process and partnering with Sales to creating media plans and proposals  
 
Requires Skills:
  • 3+ years of relevant digital advertising experience
  • Experience working in customer relationship management tools, order management systems and/or ad servers (Salesforce, Operative and Google Ad Manager are nice to haves)
  • Experience in the digital advertising field/industry
