Job Title: Project/Program Manager II Duration: 6 months Location: Bellevue, WA
Job Description: The Project/Program Manager II is responsible for coordinating and completing compliance-focused projects/programs. This includes:
Developing processes, procedures, mechanisms, and reporting for a compliance team.
Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to and triaging communications from global regulators.
Building and implementing processes for handling compliance-related requests.
Tracking and documenting items received in over 130 countries.
Coordinating project timelines and collaborating with stakeholders.
Managing administrative tasks, such as mail routing, and developing automation processes.
Supporting regulatory research and law enforcement responses (as needed).
Preferred Experience:
Working within a regulated business environment.
Auditing, compliance, or legal experience.
Building and automating processes for scalability.
Daily Responsibilities
Administrative: Managing regulatory communications, responding, triaging, and routing mail globally.
Building: Creating processes, setting project timelines, and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
Compliance: Ensuring all processes are audit-ready and documented for regulatory purposes.
Years of Experience:
4–7 years in compliance, risk, audit, or related fields.
Preferred Skills:
Legal experience in a regulated business (e.g., financial services, privacy).
Multilingual capabilities.
Familiarity with automation of processes.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
Strong project management and planning skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
