Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Duration: 6 months
Location: Bellevue, WA
 
Job Description:
The Project/Program Manager II is responsible for coordinating and completing compliance-focused projects/programs. This includes:
  • Developing processes, procedures, mechanisms, and reporting for a compliance team.
  • Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for upper management.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to and triaging communications from global regulators.
  • Building and implementing processes for handling compliance-related requests.
  • Tracking and documenting items received in over 130 countries.
  • Coordinating project timelines and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Managing administrative tasks, such as mail routing, and developing automation processes.
  • Supporting regulatory research and law enforcement responses (as needed).
 
Preferred Experience:
  • Working within a regulated business environment.
  • Auditing, compliance, or legal experience.
  • Building and automating processes for scalability.
 
Daily Responsibilities
  • Administrative: Managing regulatory communications, responding, triaging, and routing mail globally.
  • Building: Creating processes, setting project timelines, and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all processes are audit-ready and documented for regulatory purposes.
 
Years of Experience:
  • 4–7 years in compliance, risk, audit, or related fields.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Legal experience in a regulated business (e.g., financial services, privacy).
  • Multilingual capabilities.
  • Familiarity with automation of processes.
 
Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
