Job Title: Project/Program Manager II Location: Remote Duration: 09 Months
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Purpose of the Team and key projects: Marketing for global events, own the breakout content on public facing events Task Breakdown and Workflow:
50% project management
25% data analysis – does not require high data skills
25% stakeholder management for adhoc projects
Team culture/ selling points : Across multi events, prior contents, sessions, global teams and programs Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills 1. Tooling expertise – Airtable 2. Communication skills 3.
