Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Location: Arlington,VA (Hybrid)
Duration: 05 Months
 
  • This Program Manager must be an Airtable expert.
  • This position involves leading and executing strategic initiatives focused on leveraging Airtable's platform to optimize workflows and processes across a program, requiring deep expertise in Airtable functionalities, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and success within organizations, often acting as a trusted advisor on complex Airtable implementations.
  • This individual must be comfortable with working in a high-paced environment handling multiple workstreams from a large number of stakeholders.
  • In Airtable, this individual must be familiar with complex or conditional automations, base syncing, and scripting among other features
 
  • The candidate is a self-starter with the ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and build partnerships to determine the right goals and inform program decisions.
  • They deliver independently and take the lead running operations for training programs and collecting and assessing data.
  • They will have excellent program management and analytical skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and deliver independently on both strategic and tactical program initiatives.
