Job Title: Project/Program Manager I
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 4 Months
Description:
Our team is focused on building a personalized, curated, and seamless music experience. We want to help fans discover up-and-coming artists, while also having access to their favorite established musicians.  We build systems that are distributed on a large scale, spanning our music apps, web player, and voice-forward audio engagement on mobile and devices to support our customer base.
Key Projects:

Typical Day in the Role
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
 
The Contractor will be responsible for the following:
  • Project Management related to cross-team initiatives.
  • Creating new approaches to help scale the business.
  • Driving continuous improvement in team organization.
  • Contribute to various Music projects from a content and analytics perspective
Basic qualifications
  • 1+ years Industry experience
  • Knowledge of music industry and digital media landscape
  • Sound work ethic with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in project management and/or driving cross-team collaborations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in team-oriented work environment
  • Entertainment Industry experience min 1yr
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
Must Haves:
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail
