The Campaign Manager (CM) is the general project manager of a campaign, whose responsibilities include overall health of 360° campaigns including timeline management and oversight of the asset development budget. Alongside the Brand Manager, the Campaign Manager plans the overall campaign cadence and owns the creative strategy, adapting global marketing assets to meet local market needs.
The CM manages the overall campaign timeline, working collaboratively with the Brand Managers, Social Media Managers, Media Managers and agencies to track milestones and ensure delivery per campaign objectives. Campaign Managers oversee adaptation of global AV, digital and static creative assets for the local market. They are the main point of contact with external partners and agencies to ensure deadlines are met. Campaign Managers are responsible for seeing around corners, identifying campaign risks, strong and frequent communications to partners across teams and offices, providing innovative solutions to timelines and owners, and driving resolution with escalation to leadership as needed, ultimately providing the structure, discipline and momentum to deliver campaigns on target.
Key job responsibilities:
Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, asset management
Create schedules, assessing resources, estimate time, track project completion requirements
Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems
Communicate to stakeholders with progress updates, relevant delays or issues and budget implications
Work collaboratively and proactively with internal team and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan
Work closely with creative agency to adapt assets for the local market
French language skills required
Spanish or Portuguese are nice to have
Must Haves: Willing to Learn/Adaptable Experience with any PLM and ERP system (team currently uses Agile and Oracle)
