Description: Provides day-to-day coordination and execution support across Global Development Operations (GDO) workstreams. The CW maintains clear status, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-up actions so recurring operational processes and time-sensitive requests move forward reliably. This is an individual contributor role focused on coordination, tracking, analysis, and execution support. GDO leaders retain ownership of business decisions, priorities, approvals, and outcomes.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Maintain workstream trackers, dashboards, calendars, and documentation, keeping information current and easy for stakeholders to use.
Coordinate recurring activities such as leadership meeting preparation and action tracking, goals and measures updates, hiring dashboard refreshes, and budget and forecast input collection.
Track contingent worker and resource requests, backfills, approvals, and related follow-ups; flag missing information or delays to the appropriate owner.
Reconcile inputs across source files and trackers, identify discrepancies, and prepare concise summaries for review.
Coordinate with functional owners, regional heads, Finance, HR, and other partners to collect updates, clarify handoffs, and keep deliverables on schedule.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, status reports, and decision-support materials using established processes and templates.
Identify risks, overdue actions, resource or data gaps, and process issues; bring them promptly to the responsible GDO leader for resolution.
Document processes, decisions, and handoffs to support continuity and improve visibility across the work.

Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to request updates and summarize status for different audiences.
Experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, reports, and process documentation with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams; experience with Smartsheet or similar tracking tools is an advantage.
Good judgment in handling sensitive business and workforce information.
Ability to work independently within established priorities, raise issues early, and adapt as needs change.

Doctorate degree or
Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or
Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
