Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 11+ Months
Location: Remote (PST time zone preferred)
 
Ideal candidate: Previously worked with one complex project or multiple different projects at one time.
Nice to have: Previous regulations and supply chain project management experience.
Technical skills: Strong excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet experience.
 
Summary: The Project Manager Global Partnership Supply, under the supervision of the Manager, Supply Chain will?play a critical role ensuring timely and compliant supply for existing partnerships by supporting oversight and governance of key variation and transformation initiatives.
Job Details: Track and report statuses of cross-regional projects within the Global Partnership Supply team. Build processes and methodologies through Smartsheet/Excel to ensure documented on-time project completions while adhering to company’s and partner standards. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing thorough review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
 
Skills: Expertise in running medium to large scale projects ; excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures ; experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices ; strong analytical skills ; business process development best practices, change management ; strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills ; understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration ; excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources
 
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for team to
ensure variations and projects are delivered on time, adhere to company’s and Partner standards, and are well documented
 
Basic Qualifications   
Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience
 
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:   
Project Management – oversight of deliverables & timelines,
Project coordination and communication – scheduling meetings and follow-up with team members,
Project Oversight – creating and maintaining project documentation and governance (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet - preferred)
 
Nice to have: experience building projects.
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:  
Management of project trackers to ensure timelines, deliverables, and any dependencies or risks are clearly understood and up-to-date.
Send out a weekly report on status of variation including anything that’s completed, change of status, or requires attention.
Coordinate and communicate with the team and internal stakeholders, including quality, variation management office, and site supply chain, on variation status as it relates to the project tracker and weekly report-out.
Support planning and oversight of transformation initiatives including meeting governance and initiative tracker through engagement with initiative leads for updates/information and work with transformation lead to orchestrate overall governance strategy.

Not proficient in Microsoft Office or another project management software.
Lack of technical skills.
Poor communication and presentation skills.
Interview Process: One or two rounds virtually (with the second maybe being a panel).
