Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager Senior
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: 2202 N Westshore Blvd., Tampa, FL (33607)
 
Remote Worker - Any time zone
Nice to have: Candidate local to Tampa to come into office 1x a week.
 
SAP Projects Must have
Looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience.
 
Travel required about 1 week a month - multiple short trips.
 
In support of company's Quality Assurance program manages and oversees the operations of a specific area(s) of responsibility
 
Functions:
1.Responsible for hiring, training, supervising and performance management of staff.
2. May perform or oversee the following functions: a) Review and approve product MPsb) Approve process validation protocols and reports for Mfg. processes. c) Approve Environmental Characterization reports) Approve planned incidents) Represent QA on NPI team) Lead investigations) Lead plant audits, participate in site audits) Approve change-over completion) May perform work of QA Specialist
 
Education/Licenses
Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 3 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of directly related experience. Previous managerial experience directly managing people and/or experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.
 
Competencies/Skills
Project management skills, Strong organizational skills, including ability to follow assignments through to completion. Initiate and lead cross functional teams. Collaborate and communicate with higher level outside resources. Skill and knowledge of and experience with processes involved in manufacturing and distribution, QA, QAL, validation, and process development. Strong communication (both written and oral), facilitation, and presentation skills. Strong skill in working independently and to effectively interact with various levels. Ability to lead and influence staff outside own organization. Ability to motivate staff and manage and distribute work loads. Able to manage performance issues and conflict. Ability to provide direction and establish goals for individual staff members and work group. Ability to evaluate documentation/ operations according to company and regulatory guidelines Ability to interact with regulatory agencies. Demonstrate the company’s Values/Leadership Practices.
 
Basic Qualifications   
Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
 
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:   
Project Management Expertise
Expert in managing tasks/actions/other via Smartsheet
Excellent communication
 
Must have: SAP Projects, SAP transportation management, Smartsheet
Nice to have: Jira, GXP process
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:  
-Create/maintain Project Plan
-Conduct Daily Stand ups to ensure tracking completion of tasks
-Create/track cutover plan and other activities related to the project
-Connect with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities and keep things moving towards completion
 
Possible Extension: Yes
Red Flags:      
No GxP experience
Poor communication skills.
Looking for someone who can work proactively, drive discussion, and push the project towards completion.
 
Interview Process:     
First round screening 15-20 minutes, Second rounds panel interview.
