Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - NPI Project Engineer
Location: New Albany, OH
Duration:1 year
 
Job Summary: The Project Manager (NPI) will lead technical projects in a packaging facility, focusing on new product introductions (NPI), new product launches, and packaging/artwork changes. This role involves managing various drug product presentations across new processes and equipment, and new packaging configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams (both technical and non-technical) to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Develop project schedules, communication plans, and facilitate launch readiness activities.
Coordinate and manage project activities including initiation, planning, resource management, budget management, risk management, and reporting.
Monitor project progress, identify and communicate risks, and facilitate mitigation strategies.
Communicate effectively and use data to present options, steering teams toward desired outcomes.
Top 3 Must Have Skills:
- Experiences leading technical projects through finish line and familiar with project management tools/methodology.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem solving skills
- Independent worker must be able to actively seek information / etc.
- Experience with PM tools and data analysis strongly preferred

Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading complex technical projects in a manufacturing environment and the ability to manage ambiguity.
Familiarity with project management tools and a record of successfully leading multiple projects at the same time.
Strong knowledge in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Critical thinking and the ability to analyze and synthesize data, create presentation tools and dashboards.
 
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience
