Job details:

Seeking a skilled Project Manager to assist in integration efforts, specifically focusing on integrating departments responsible for consultant contracting, invoicing, and related functions. The successful candidate will oversee aspects of the integration project, from initial planning to implementation and post-implementation review, ensuring the transition and alignment of processes, systems, and resources.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a comprehensive project plan for integrating departments responsible for customer contracting, invoicing, etc.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and coordination throughout the integration process.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current processes, systems, and data to identify integration requirements and challenges.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and resources to ensure timely delivery of integration outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including department heads, IT, finance, legal, and HR, to address integration needs and requirements.
• Communicate progress, updates, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the integration project's success.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements throughout the integration process.
• Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and workflows by employees.

• Project Management: Proven experience leading complex integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive consensus and achieve project goals.
• Change Management: Experience implementing change management strategies to facilitate organizational transitions and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project planning, documentation, and execution.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 plus years of experience in project management
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to consultant contracting, invoicing, rates, and related functions.
• Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location:
This position is based at our Lake County office and may require occasional travel to other company locations as needed
