Job Title: Project Manager Location: Holly Springs, NC 27540 Duration: 4+ months Hybrid - upto 4 days per week.
Description: Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature. Overview: Manage and oversee project execution for multishift manufacturing critical hiring events in support of growing site’s talent strategy. Ideal candidate: B.S. 4+ YOE, working within talent acquisition management.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee the lifecycle of onsite interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless and well coordinated interview schedule, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, functional leaders, and other HR team members to build a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
Manages interviewer availability, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and maintaining alignment with established interview guidelines.
Coordinates logistics such as meeting space reservations, interview agendas, and supporting materials to ensure all details are prepared accurately including adherence to the ANC On-site Visitor process.
Partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and support staff to facilitate timely communication, confirmations, and updates.
Ensures a professional, organized, and candidate focused process by anticipating needs, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining focused process by anticipating needs, and maintaining a high standard of service.
Act as a resource to Client candidates both internal and external, guiding them through the process, and providing advice.
Prepare candidates for interviews and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our mission, company culture, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
Exercise a wide degree of creativity, business understanding, and personal organization and agility.
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience

Excellent clear, concise verbal and written communication
Nice to have: Prior pharma or manufacturing experience
