Title: Project Manager - Marketing II (Experienced) Location: Hybrid Rahway, NJ 07065 (3 days Onsite 2 days remote) Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications: Client seeks a Project Manager to join the Global Marketing Oncology – New Products Team. You will work in the commercial organization and play an integral role in overseeing the new product global-region-local engagement and supporting the new product Enterprise Go to Market (EGTM) initiative. Utilizing industry best practices, the ideal candidate will lead project management efforts by implementing a strong governance framework; identifying and managing risks; and overseeing delivery cadence, tracking, and communication. In this highly collaborative position, you will support multiple functions, including Market Access, HHDDA, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Precision Medicine. This role reports into the Director of Global Marketing, New Product Portfolio Strategy.
IMP Note: Minimum BA in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. • 3+ years of pharma and commercial experience; Oncology experience highly preferred. • 5+ years of strong project/program management skills and delivery. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global and regional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities: • Ensure robust engagement among global, regional, and local markets on Oncology New Product. • Monitor and update GRL approach: Track and provide visibility (next 1-2 years) of evolving Pan, Early, Launch global commercial team (GCT) meetings; • Act as main point of contact for New Product Leads within regions/markets to support efficient coordination with global teams • Create communication plans and materials for Global-Regional-Local engagement and cross-functional collaboration. • Create and embed oncology EGTM portfolio approach and define new products timing for EGTM. • Identify and apply opportunities for performance optimization through plans that accelerate execution, drive efficiencies and support new products and organizational goals.
