Title: Project Manager IV Duration: 12 Months Location: Houston TX
Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager (contract) with a proven track record in executing technology integration programs from the M&A transactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, M&A, and Integration.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Prior project experience in information technology is required. Gas/utilities/pipeline experience is a plus, though it is not required.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage successful execution of projects using formal PM/PMP methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans. Prepare and present project updates and status reports to management and key stakeholders.
Demonstrate expertise in conducting M&A/Integration projects, driving successful outcomes, and achieving desired synergies.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams, external clients, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.)
Minimum 7+ years of experience executing projects using formal PM/PMP methodologies.
Proven track record of successful Project/Program management and M&A/Integration accomplishments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferably based in Houston, Texas, or Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada - with a willingness to travel for meetings within the US and Canada.
Experienced in implementing IT or Operational Technology project
