Description:
We are looking for a full-time contractor to manage the delivery of complex marketing projects involving cross-functional teams.
These projects often span multiple departments, carry high visibility, operate under tight deadlines, and require strong negotiation skills to balance diverse stakeholder needs.
The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, standard process guides, and program materials.
Primary responsibilities involve coordinating meetings, managing communications, and supporting various assigned initiatives.
This role will adhere to established project management methodologies and procedures, ensuring defined start and end dates, allocated resources, budgets, and project scopes as outlined by the business.
Database maintenance, process documentation, and content management.
Must-Have:
Experience in B2B marketing.
Strong Project Management skill set.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, with daily practice in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive work approach to anticipate needs and next steps.
Independent worker who moves projects forward.
Plays a hands-on role in projects by performing tasks and managing overall project execution.
Close partnership with Partner Marketing team members to ensure work is on time and progressing.
Provides input to project approach and steps to ensure alignment with business goals.
5 years of experience with project management.
Project Management background.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

360 Insights preferred C-Level experience.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Field-Facing Communication Creation.
