Description • Determine and define project scope and objectives. • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. • Capture and prioritize work requests between the creative team and brand & channel. • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan within Monday.com. • Upload marcom deliverables to our professional education platform, EP Institute. Coordinate with GEO marketing managers for region specific uploads and distribution. Coordinate with GEO marcom managers for project intake, management, and execution. Distribute all approved materials to the Geos • Own and manage the project intake and management system (Monday.com) and ensure projects are meeting timelines. • Keep all materials current in our regulatory database (Veeva). • Initiate Ad & Promo reviews through our intake system (Robohead). • Manage the physician database for our Find a Doctor tool. Maintain its accuracy on a quarterly basis. • Manage product database (PIM) and maintain its accuracy on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications 3-5 years of project management and related experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
