Job title: Project Management Senior Associate Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Working Hours: Standard 8 - 5 but can be flexible
Job Summary Position will support the Strategic Planning and Operations Sr. Manager with ensuring the contractual obligations are met between client and Service Provider(s). Assist with processes and controls to ensure contractual compliance. Support other key areas such as performance metric tracking and reporting, training documentation updates and other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities include: • Assist in contracting new international contracts • Assist with interpretation, intent of the Parties and negotiations pertaining to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and assist with the amendments to the Agreement that are required during the Term. • Assist with the redlining of contractual documents • Assist in resolving contract and customer issues during all phases of the contract • Summarize complex contractual issues and leads development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation • Assist in monthly SLA reporting and dashboard creation • Assist with training document updates • Additional responsibilities may be assigned
Top 3 Must Have Skills: • Contract Experience • Good Project Management Experience • Ability to work with Ex-US client Sites
Basic Qualifications • Master degree OR • Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR • Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR • High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in contracts, project and change management • Paralegal experience is great to have • Knowledge and understanding of internal control framework, contracts, finance and auditing • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent tasks • Demonstrated ability to synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable recommendations through organizational, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills • Must have high attention to detail and be able to deliver high quality and accurate outputs • Self-starter with excellent contract, project management, and financial skills • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in team-oriented environment, including the ability to effectively and confidentially interact with client senior management • Flexible and ability to multitask, can easily adapt in environment whereby scope and can be removed added, divestiture and acquisition of properties • Conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution • Positive work attitude and team approach • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Smartsheet and SharePoint Possible Extension • Yes Red Flags • Not flexible • No contract experience
