Description: The Knowledge Advancement and Insights (KAI) team optimizes portfolio execution by developing digital tools that accelerate access to insights through enhanced connectivity and integration of people, processes, and systems.
About This Role: As a KAI contractor, you will support the evolution of digital transformation and organizational change management initiatives that enable how teams work across the client’s Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Project Manager for a new digital application in development, organizing user requirements, facilitating meetings, and working with product owners to create user stories for developers.
Develop change management assets – Create communications, trainings, and adoption resources that help employees successfully navigate new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Develop project management onboarding and upskilling assets
Leverage AI and digital technologies
Basic Qualifications Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: 1. 5 or more years of experience preferred in Project Management 3. Ability to create training materials or digital processes - PDF documents, Videos, etc 2. 5 or more years Agile or Jira experience
