Job Description

Job Title: Project Management Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Holly Springs NC
 
Description:
Must be local to Holly Springs NC- will start remote but then will turn into a hybrid role onsite (1-2days/ week starting summer 2024)

In this vital role under general direction, this position as a Project Management Coordinator will be responsible for administering and coordinating key activities centered within the Supply Chain teams’ business processes and reporting systems for company’s Operations. This position is also responsible for supporting procedure development, training structure, creation, and overall program. This role will represent the Supply Chain team in ANC Documentation Workstream as it related to associated projects and responsibilities related to procedures and training.
 
Responsibilities will include:
• Participate in the ANC Documentation Workstream and make updates to Supply Chain related procedures and forms; track deliverables based on Operational Readiness
• Document management pertaining to SOP and JHA creation, revisions, and workflows executed through CDOCS system
• Create / support Training Assignment Profile strategy and creation in Learning Management System, including Assignment Vehicles
• Manage and track metrics to ensure training and associated assessments are adequately met to ensure training compliance
• Produce and distribute regular training reports and Smartsheet dashboards as required to support management and leadership team in operations
• Facilitate meetings and generate meeting minutes to ensure topics discussed are collected appropriately, action items documented and tracked and addressed. Schedule follow-up meetings for activities needing further coordination
• Work with management team to develop and maintain a robust training program in LMS. Schedule working meetings with managers to coordinate, and update TAPs as necessary prior to Annual Training Reviews for all staff within the F&E organization
• Make recommendations for potential solutions to issues encountered and/or problem solve to address countermeasures when assigned
• Provide technical writing support for supply chain and cross-functional business operations
• Create presentation materials and spreadsheets as necessary
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, while collaborating to solve issues and drive continuous improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept in communicating key business information
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
• Knowledge of Smartsheet programs
• Experience working with procurement systems
• Ability to prioritize projects
 
Basic Qualifications   
Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience
 
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:   
Technical Writing, Documentation and Project Management (CDOCs experience highly preferred), Cross-functional communication
