Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a closely related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in complex engineering or system integration.
- Proficiency in leading and managing intricate projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and maintaining high-level relationships.

Desired Skills:
- Depth in flight test or flight sciences, with a keen eye on safety and compliance.
- Familiarity with FAA & EASA regulations, certification processes, and a robust understanding of aircraft system integration.
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a pioneering spirit for navigating through complex technical challenges.
