Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator - Internal Support
Location: Cupertino, CA 95014 (Hybrid -Monday/Friday at home, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday on-site required)
Duration: 8 Months
 
Summary:
The Internal Support Coordinator provides critical support and partnership to the WW Retail Engagement + Marketing (REM) team. This role is responsible for coordinating the logistics - technologies, supplies, budget, and organization - for the REM teams. With passion for systems, logistics, processes, communication, and willingness to support others in their roles and contributions, the Internal Support Coordinator is essential to the day-to-day operations and success of the WW REM Team. In this role you will manage and track resources, timelines, budgets, and communications across diverse and sometimes global teams across the organization.
 
Key Skills:
  • Knowledge of Mac OS X and iOS, as well as, mass deployment using NetBoot on OS Server
  • Proficient at managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a results driven environment, must work exceptionally well under pressure
  • Solutions driven in challenging situations and a keen ability to deliver optimum results
  • Exceptional organization and documentation skills
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Experience at developing relationships quickly; well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with
  • Global thinker who performs well in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Change agile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Prior experience with client’s procedures and systems required
 
Description:
  • Create images for Macs and iOS devices
  • Deploying images to varying amounts of equipment, dependent upon the program
  • Pack and ship technology, supplies, and materials
  • Produce budget forecasts and actuals within company guidance
  • Administrative tasks including PO creation, ordering of equipment, software, and supplies
  • Source new, and work with, existing vendors suppling goods and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years Project Coordinator experience
