Job Title – Project Coordinator III

Location – Hawthorne, CA
Duration – 6 months

Job Description:
Ring is looking for a Community Manager that is customer obsessed, has a bias for action, and wants to learn and be curious. You will join Ring Insights to support our product team in managing highly successful alpha, beta, and delta tests that bring new products to market.
Basic qualifications:
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (not required)
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in survey management tools, especially Qualtrics, any emailing or survey building software. Email marketing software.
  • Experience with working with Excel, Excel formulas, and Excel macros.
  • Experience in customer service – email conversations heavy or IM convos
  • Beta tests or product testing experience, as a tester or someone supporting the effort
  • Ability to take action and ownership of situations with minimal guidance.
  • Experience creating public facing communications.
  • Experience managing and scaling communities with active users.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting results and identifying trends through data.
  • Prior experience in product quality, testing software and hardware products.
  • Experience handling multiple projects at the same time while maintaining schedules and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Splunk, AWS, SQL
  • Experience producing content, wikis, and articles to support managed communities.
  • Experience managing or participating in Alpha / Beta / Delta testing.
  • Experience handling Shipping Logistics.
  • Knowledge of Ring Products / ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of clients Products / ecosystem.
