Job Title: Project Coordinator II

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator II will serve as the day-to-day lead for multiple projects within the Originality portfolio, managing workflow and operations to support strategic initiatives. The role will primarily focus on Creator Quality, driving parity between video originality and non-video originality. This position requires cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence key decisions across teams and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and document weekly business reviews for each project, often facilitating these calls.
Develop and refine guidelines in collaboration with Product partners.
Identify quality misalignments and conduct root cause analyses to address data deficiencies.
Communicate quality deficiencies across project teams to ensure proper calibration.
Align project priorities, roles, and decision-making frameworks across teams.
Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks.
Provide guidance on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
Standardize training and onboarding processes for Data Labeling Associates (DLAs).
Collaborate with vendors across multiple time zones.
Assist with additional tasks to support overall program excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in project coordination.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
