Job Description

Title- Project Coordinator I (Digital Communications Coordinator )
Location- Conshohocken, PA 19428 (Hybrid -Go into the office on a Tuesday/Thursday, as those are the in-office days for Comms.)
Duration- 7 months (Part-time, 20 hours)

Work closely with Digital Communications team to:
  • Upload content to global intranet platform
  • Create enterprise-wide intranet content for our global employee population
  • Support intranet communication asset maintenance
  • Support Manager, Internal Communications as needed
Skills and knowledge requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Good project management and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, and accountable
Educational requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program; skill set in communications and/or digital communications preferred.
  • Must be able to work roughly 20 hours per week.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook
