Job Description
  • The Project Coordinator works within WW Operations and will be the primary interface to many other functional organizations at Client for a new HW check-in/check-out process.
  • Responsibilities will include managing daily email approvals request, tracking and allocations units as well as managing the return process, extensions requests and exit surveys. Individual must he very organized, detail oriented and excellent with multi-tasking.
  • The ideal person for this role must work well within a team and have excellent communication skills.
 
Key Qualifications
  • 4-7 years working experience coordinating projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Clear, consistent communication
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • High level of detail while running several work-streams
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
