Location:  Austin, TX 78727 (Hybrid schedule)
Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview
Robust and accurate reporting is foundational for business tracking and decision making at Client.  The candidate will be someone analytical, able to work with large amounts of data, good at problem solving and troubleshooting.  You will also be someone who is a strong team player, with attention to detail and has a strong desire to continuously improve.  Good communication skills will be preferred as well, because as this role will manage a lot of communications with both internal and external business partners.  You will also work within a supportive team with an established process.
 
Key Tasks
  • Build and maintain a good professional relationship with both internal (IS&T, Sales, Finance) and external partners of the EMEIA region.
  • Manage a weekly process to ensure good accuracy of data acquired from partners.  Troubleshoot with relevant parties, as needed to find the right resolutions.
  • Regularly track and communicate the status of your portfolio of partners.
  • Work methodically to document changes, and ability to forecast and manage to a forecast for quarter end.
  • Continuous improvement on the overall process for better efficiency.
  • Data analysis where required to ensure good data integrity.
  • Work effectively as a team to cross-train and share ideas to progressively improve the process and implement better efficiency.
 
Key Skills / Competencies
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, data capture/analysis and/or working with external customers/partners.
  • Knowledge/Familiarity of reporting methods including EDI (electronic data interchange), sFTP (secured File Transfer Protocol) and Web is preferable but not required.
  • Proactive and determined to drive actions and results to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptionally strong verbal / written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated individual, able to function effectively when working independently or in a team.
  • Good excel skills will be preferable.
  • Additional language skills will be helpful though not necessary.
 
Key Qualifications / Education
Bachelors degree in Finance, Maths or Information Systems or equivalent.
