Title: Program Manager V Duration: 12 Months Location:Remote; looking for someone within PST and EST time zones to coincide with Bay Area, Seattle and NY teams
Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the need for the Strategy and Operations Lead, which covers our full audience ecosystem from both the Commercial (B2B) and Consumer/Retail (B2C) sides of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic planning, operational efficiency, and performance measurement within the team.
Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall performance of the sales enablement team. • Track and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions. • Facilitate collaboration between the sales enablement team and other departments, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization. • Manage specific projects or initiatives within the sales enablement team, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. • Ensure content alignment and consistency across commercial and consumer channels by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to optimize for quality and efficiency. • Align sales enablement initiatives with overall RL Global Sales objectives to ensure key projects support revenue growth. • Lead team document organization by establishing and maintaining clear file structures and version control to facilitate efficient collaboration and information sharing across the sales enablement team.
Skills: • 1-3 years of program management experience • Proven experience in a strategic planning or operations role, preferably within a sales or sales enablement team. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization. • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, as well as sales enablement tools and technologies.
Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
