Duration: 8 Months with potential extension
Location: US Remote

About the Role
The FB Creators initiative is a high-visibility program structured to identify high-potential content creators and accelerate their audience growth through dedicated, white-glove support.
The program assists selected creators in expanding their distribution, monetization capabilities, and overall platform reach, with the strategic objective of fostering organic creator advocacy for Facebook.
Operating under a venture capital model, the program identifies breakout talent, provides targeted investments to accelerate growth, and graduates established creators to onboard subsequent cohorts.
Following strong preliminary performance, the program has received leadership authorization to scale its operations from approximately 900 creators to a target capacity of 2,000 to 2,500 creators.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Selection: Identify high-potential creators by leveraging data analytics alongside nuanced cultural and audience judgment.
Program Execution: Direct day-to-day operations and coordinate cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive support.
Cohort Performance Management: Maintain detailed oversight of cohort metrics; monitor reach, distribution, and content quality to inform decisions regarding continued investment or offboarding.
Advocacy & Strategic Insights: Track and document notable instances of cross-platform creator advocacy (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and report key success stories to executive leadership.
Creator Experience Strategy: Refine selection messaging, communication protocols, and engagement frameworks across the full program lifecycle.
Analytical Research: Utilize performance dashboards, AI/LLM tools, and market research to monitor engagement dynamics and broader cultural trends.

Candidate Qualifications & Core Attributes
Cultural Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of US and Canadian cultural landscapes, with the ability to identify content creators who resonate across diverse demographic segments.
Program Leadership: Demonstrated track record of managing complex, high-profile initiatives while making sound strategic business decisions.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Proven capability to influence, align, and drive deliverables across diverse organizational stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
Resourcefulness: A self-directed operating style with the ability to function effectively within a lean team structure and leverage emerging technologies independently.
Product Awareness: While core product infrastructure is established, basic product acumen is beneficial to complement cultural judgment and leadership capabilities.
