§ Client is seeking a highly motivated, capable program manager for our T&S Transmission and Substation Operations Performance Management Team
Leading Weekly Operational Review Meetings Guiding two associates in maintaining command center wall Strong Leadership Presence and Articulation Skills Excellent People Management Skills Excellent Communication Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to create slides and communicate with others in the organization. Ability to work long hours and work office hours sometime (5-9 PM) once a week. Ability to review safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale metrics each week and identify areas of concerns and needs for improvement Collaborate with department heads and analysts to define KPIs and reports. § Deep understanding of the business, departments, and metrics driving performance. § Implement and maintain reports and dashboards § Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue and performance forecasts. § Create presentations for company leadership. § Strong business background to develop data visualization and analytics to provide actionable insights for operations and management decision making. § • Pays close attention to detail, questions strange events and resolves ambiguous situations. § • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. § • Strong understanding of tools used to extract and analyze data. § • Comfortable taking information from disparate systems to bring data elements together for meaningful insights. § • Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context. § • High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing requirements in a fast-paced environment. § • A self-starter who knows when to seek guidance and collaborate with team members.
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative or related subject 3-10 years work experience
