About the Role The client's Research & Insights Operations & Program Management team is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Research Operations to support and scale research across multiple product areas and global teams. In this role, you will partner closely with researchers to develop and execute participant recruitment strategies, manage research operations, and ensure high-quality research execution that informs future client's products and customer experiences. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, are proactive and adaptable, and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while delivering results at scale.
Your Impact
Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Privacy & Security, Procurement, Finance, IT, etc.) to scale Research & Insights operations
Develop and execute recruiting strategies across multiple concurrent research initiatives
Build, manage, and maintain multiple participant panels (ideally B2B-focused)
Identify, source, schedule, and coordinate research participants
Serve as a trusted advisor to researchers by providing operational and recruiting solutions
Manage research vendors, tools, incentives, and end-to-end participant sourcing
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs aligned to business goals
Create and maintain repeatable tools, templates, documentation, and communication plans
Support research safety, privacy, and data management protocols in partnership with Legal and Security
Navigate ambiguity while balancing immediate needs and competing priorities
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years in research/UX operations or customer-facing roles
Proven experience recruiting and managing multiple participant panels simultaneously
Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple fast-moving projects
Hands-on experience with research platforms such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace
Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones
Bonus: experience in research, analytics, or technical environments
