Job Description

Title: Marketing Technology Program Manager
Duration: 7+ Months 
Location: US Remote

 

Client is seeking a Marketing Technology Program Manager to support its Global Business Marketing organization. This role will lead initiatives related to events platforms and experimentation, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, engineering, operations, data science, policy, privacy, and legal. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scaled Experimentation: Develop and execute experimentation strategies to optimize marketing technology platforms and processes.

  • Budget Planning & Management: Oversee budgets for martech initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.

  • Event Tooling Integrations: Facilitate event tooling integrations into the broader martech stack.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, engineering, operations, data science, policy, privacy, and legal teams to assess new initiatives and improve existing platforms.

  • Project Assessment: Review and support projects related to events, martech integrations, and experimentation.

  • Enablement & Training: Create and deliver enablement materials and training for data science and marketing teams to drive adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Events Infrastructure: Support event platforms and integrations within the martech ecosystem.

  • Infrastructure Building: Collaborate with XFN partners to build and enhance infrastructure supporting marketing and data science teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have Hard Skills

    1. Strong quantitative and detail orientation – data analysis and project accuracy.

    2. Knowledge of digital marketing and measurement.

    3. Experimentation knowledge and implementation (designing, executing, analyzing).

  • Good-to-Have Skills

    1. Event management experience (virtual, hybrid, in-person) with self-service technology.

    2. Accounting experience for budget management.

  • Additional Skills

    • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, global environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, TAM, TPM, or related field.
