Job Title: Sr. Program Manager IT
Location: Remote
Duration: 06 Months
 
This job contributes to Client’s  success by bringing Client’s  brand stories to life through video and other multimedia. This job will focus on enterprise wide brand opportunities rather than marketing specific promotional strategies to ensure that Client’s  has a timely, relevant storybook of inspiring material that brings our unique brand to life and sparks deeper relationships with our highly engaged customers and store partners. Models and acts in accordance with Client’s  guiding principles.
 
We are looking for a top of class IT PM who is very strong with master data management and has a PMP. They must have experience with integration into the enterprise level systems.
 
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Oversees tactical planning and day-to-day management of one or more programs in the IT portfolio.
  • Collaborates with IT and business leadership on strategic planning for the program.
  • In partnership with the program portfolio manager, engages stakeholders on project ideation and assists in the creation of business cases and return on investment assessments.
  • Develops a deep understanding of projects within the program and the broader IT portfolio; manages assigned projects with a clear understanding of business and IT context, and develops supporting artifacts such as forecast, project plan, etc.
  • Ensures alignment of proposed projects with the program roadmap and its goals and manages project planning and execution accordingly.
  • Drives complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, leading multiple efforts within a specific program simultaneously, with complexity as a limiting factor.
  • Leads high performing, cross-functional, often globally distributed teams.
  • Works independently, without the need for day-to-day guidance.
  • Provides active project management and ownership for initiatives within the program.
  • Performs core project management duties, including guiding the project through formal approval and funding gates; developing a project plan that includes a detailed budget, project timeline, detailed task-driven schedule, project RACI and resource plan, and communication plan; and managing project execution from analysis/design, develop, test & deployment.
  • When leading an Agile project, partners closely with the scrum master and product owner on all activities.
  • Ensures that program and project status reports and quarterly updates are relevant, transparent, and add value.
  • Partners with relevant IT and business hiring managers to ensure that the project has the skillsets and the resources required for delivery.

  • Experienced using Agile methods and working on complex, integrated platforms within a matrixed environment required.
  • Experienced with enabling data solutions, data migrations, optimization & governance & cloud, unlocking enterprise data solutions. 
  • Expert in direct management and ownership of project / program budget and forecasting processes
  • PMP, PgMP, and Scrum Master Certifications are a preferred.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
  • Being able to navigate the ambiguity
  • Has lead Agile teams
 
Must Haves:
  • Tech PM - Experienced leading multiple Technology programs or projects, simultaneously in a matrixed
  • Data:  Experienced in leading programs with a focus on data solutions and enablement of data focused capabilities.
  • Finance: Expert experience with financial planning of budgets, funding and forecasting, with direct ownership and management of your program
