Job Description

Title: Program Manager III
Duration: 9 Months 
Location: Remote EST only, Strong preference to NYC for onsite visits


As a Program Operations Manager, you will support the strategic development and ongoing operation of these programs. You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with teams composed of internal employees and external vendors. This role will require building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Product, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations, Legal, Privacy, and Research teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and versatile, capable of undertaking both administrative and strategic tasks to support the growth and success of the developer programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with program managers, relationship managers, and developer support teams to design and execute program strategies that align with brand vision, contribute to business priorities, and integrate with org-wide initiatives.
  • Manage ongoing program operations and logistics, including developer onboarding, hardware distribution, budget tracking, and product engagement requests.
  • Improve program infrastructure and operational efficiency by establishing clear and consistent systems and processes (e.g., playbook/runbook). Proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring timely reporting and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in program management supporting technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with developer communities and/or programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both internal and external teams.
  • Proven communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience executing in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of on-time, high-quality delivery of complex projects in a large organization.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand workstream/task interdependencies and timeline implications.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Exemplary written and oral communication.
  • Experience working independently in dynamic environments, with a track record of taking initiative on impactful projects.
  • Capacity to build and manage relationships while working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Ability to escalate issues and risks appropriately.
  • Mastery of Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides).
